About this Event
Enlightening, entertaining and often surprising, Irish Food History: A Companion (Royal Irish Academy) brings the reader on a gastronomic odyssey, from earliest times and the start of the hunter-gatherer community, all the way to the abundant world of modern Irish cooking, safe in the hands of some of the world’s most highly regarded food historians. Join us for this panel discussion between the book's editors, Máirtín Mac Con Iomaire and Dorothy Cashman, and fellow contributors Elaine Mahon and Fionnán O'Connor.
This is a free event. Alternatively, by choosing a donation ticket to any amount, you would be contributing towards keeping DBF events accessible for all.
