Why make corned beef and cabbage (which is not Irish) for St. Patrick's Day when you can learn to prepare quintessential Irish delicacies like Guinness Stew and Brown Bread? This is a hands-on cooking class so please come prepared to roll up your sleeves and join in. The recipes include dairy, gluten and beef.
Your instructors will be Laurie Weidner and her husband, Jeff Kean. Laurie was lucky enough to be raised by her grandmother, a remarkable woman from a little town near Galway. She grew up eating Nana's stew and is pleased to share this delightful comfort food with you.
