Participants get to enjoy a yoga session while puppies roam around, cuddle, and spread happiness. It’s a fun, heartwarming way to unwind, de-stress, and improve flexibility — all while interacting with some of the cutest puppies around.
It’s not just about having fun... Puppy yoga helps socialize the puppies, while also raising awareness and donations for iResQ, an animal rescue and rehabilitation organization. Every day, we witness the resilience and unconditional love of these animals — many of whom have been abandoned or neglected and are simply looking for a second chance. With the support of compassionate individuals like you, we’re able to provide that opportunity.
