About this Event
To celebrate the launch of the temporary exhibition RePEAT: Reimagining Ireland's Peatlands in precarious times the Joly Theatre is hosting an evening of short talks looking at the findings of the project, the history and digitisation of the NLI’s early 19th century Irish Bog Commission maps and a modern perspective on the Irish environment captured by the ReViewing Ireland EPA-NLI resident photographer Paula Nolan.
The evening will include presentations, a panel question and answer session as well as an opportunity to look at the exhibition, images of the astoundingly large Bog Commission maps and Paula Nolan’s photography.
The talks will run from 17:00 to 18:00, with a further hour and a half for exhibition viewing and discussion. Spaces are limited.
