About this Event
Arlington's classic local event is coming back at the South Arlington Trek location on October 5th, 2024. We will be celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness month with IRRDC 12th Annual Pink Pedal Breast Awareness Ride!
The Pink Pedal Breast Cancer Awareness Ride was founded by Iron Riders Dallas Cycling Club 12 years ago as a means of supporting our members living with breast cancer. This event was successful, thus becoming an annual ride and a means of spreading awareness as a group.
Although a bicycle ride cannot cure breast cancer, IRDCC's Pink Pedal is a fantastic show of support, love & encouragement for our loved ones --- helping spread awareness as we roll in pink through the community and on the roads!
We will return with the classic routes of 25, 45, 100k and 100-mile routes. Snacks and refreshments will be served at the store pre & post-ride courtersy of Trek Bicycle Arlington South!

What distance should I ride?
While the shorter routes are no-drop, you wanna plan to stay within the speed range. Definitely consider what you've been riding the last few weeks, and pick a distance that's not too much of a stretch. No worries though--if you struggle staying with the group, our SAG is ready to come to the rescue!
