Cinderella Walk Protocol instructions;
You have a few options when preparing to participate in our Cinderella walk.
1)Have each individual walking fill out their own protocol sheet (1 person per sheet) and have everyone walk as they arrive and not necessarily as a group.
2)Have each individual walking fill out their own protocol sheet (1 person per sheet) and set a time that you and your group will meet up at the entry door to the ball and turn in all your sheets arranged in the order you wish to be announced as. Please have a rep working with our walk coordinator/announcer so we know when to skip over individuals who may not be present at the time of your group's walk.
3)You are welcome to prepare your own protocol for your walk and attach one of our Cinderella walk protocol sheets with your group name provided and indication made that you have attached your own protocol. When your group prepares their own protocol (instead of our sheets), please ensure you apply our instructions listed below.Please have a rep working with our walk coordinator/announcer so we know when to skip over individuals who may not be present at the time of your group's walk. Although the form is fairly self-explanatory, please use the specific field instructions below for when you are completing your forms;
"Your Title/Position" (1 Title/1 Walk);
For this field, you should be providing us either your highest title or Reigning title. If you are walking with a business or organization other than the International Court System, this is where you would list your current position or previous position held and the year you served in that position.
"Your Name You Wish To Be Announced As" (limit to 2 names - "first last");
The limitation on this field is further effort as an additional time-saver. Thank you for your cooperation.
"Court/Organization/Business Leadership closing announcement" (if applicable);
This section is reserved for those with current leadership titles/positions (i.e., Emperor/Empress/Emprex/President/Director, etc). It is intended for those individuals to announce any major upcoming group event (i.e., Coronation, Ball, fundraiser, etc) they would like to make a short advertisement for.
Form is fillable.
Austyn Riley (RCGSE Emperor 34 & 45B) is our walk coordinator/announcer and will be available at hospitalities during Coronation weekend to address any questions or if you would like him to review your sheet or group's sheets.

Performer Protocol instruction:

Please specify "Coronation XXV" as email subject. In the body of the email, please list your type of performance (i.e., Command, Anniversary, etc) your name & title in the body of the email. If you're submitting dedication that is not part of your audio file, please provide that written submission to minister of ball protocol (Austyn Riley) at hospitality suite.
