An opportunity for friends, fans and Rodeo followers to get to know our competitors in a relaxed and casual environment without the pressures of pro Rodeo competition.

SPIT ROAST TEA - $15 adult | $10 child
Roast lamb & beef, jacket potatoes, fresh veggies & salads

IMPORTANT COMPETITOR & PERSONNEL INFORMATION – PLEASE READ IN FULL
This event is being held by the Island Rodeo Circuit under the Ulverstone Rodeo Committee’s Jackpot, Practice Day and Clinic insurance provided by the Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA).
It is a requirement that all competitors and personnel are members of the APRA (day members accepted) and that personal accident insurance is paid by each person.
ALL COMPETITORS AND PERSONNEL MUST BE LISTED ON THE APRA EVENT NOTIFICATION FORM PRIOR TO THE EVENT TO BE PERMITTED ENTRY TO THE ARENA. NOT ON THE LIST – NO ENTRY OR COMPETITION.
This must include your full name, date of birth, membership type and APRA membership number.
This information must be provided no later than Thursday 3 April 2025 to ensure insurance cover with the APRA.

COMPULSORY PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE.
Once off, to be added on top of entries.
Senior (17 years & over) - $16.20
Junior (5-16 years) - $6.30
DAY MEMBERS
If you are not an Open, Permit or Junior member of the Australian Professional Rodeo Association, in addition to the above, you must become a Day Member of the Association to participate.
Day Membership form must be completed
Please note: Do not complete last page of day membership form which includes your bank and credit card details – this is not required.
Day Membership form must be returned to Tracey King along with entry form. Do not send to the APRA.
Day membership form must be signed on pages 1, 3 & 4.
Signed legal guardian consent is required for Juniors.

Junior (5-16 years) - $16.50
ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE ON THE DAY AT SECRETARY’S BOX – ONCE ENTERED, YOU AGREE TO PAYING ALL ASSOCIATED FEES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PARTICIPATE OR NOT.
FEES WILL STILL BE OWED.
With special thanks to the Ulverstone Rodeo Committee for allowing the Island Rodeo Circuit to utilise Batten Park free of charge, and for allowing us to hold this fundraising event under their Jackpot, Practice day and clinic insurance which the URC outlay $980 per year in addition to their Rodeo insurance.
