Dear friends,

Immerse yourself in the enchanting traditions of Yalda Night, a celebration of the longest night of the year, where we gather to embrace the warmth of community, share laughter, and create lasting memories. Yalda Night holds a special place in Iranian culture, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. Iranian Student Association of Pittsburgh invites you to join us on Sunday, December 15th, at 7:30 pm to honor this special night. The night will include Bia2 Star DJ: DJ Sepand’s performance guaranteeing you the best times on the dance floor, and a delicious dinner and snack at the Howl at the Moon (the Veggie option is included). So, join us full of energy!

Event schedule:

7:30 pm - Doors Open and Appetizer

7:45 pm - Doors closed

8:00 pm - Dinner

8:30 pm -10:30 pm - Persian Music and Dance party

Ticketing information:

Sales have been started, and will end by December 3rd, at 11:59 pm:

• CMU / PITT PhD, Masters, and Bachelors students: $20
• Spouse of CMU / PITT students (only F-2 Visa): $20
• Students of other universities: $30
• Spouse of other university students (only F-2 visa): $30
• General (including Postdocs and Medical Residents): $50
• VIP (Support us and reserve your table): $75

The event will be held at the Howl at the Moon.

• Please note that students and their spouses who purchased tickets must bring a valid student ID card and required documents to present at check-in.
• General attendees are required to bring a valid ID card and present it during the check-in process.
• Each attendee will receive one ticket for a drink.
• All attendees must be 21 years or older.
