IFAB is an open group of artisans who meet monthly on the 3rd Saturday to explore all types of fiber and fiber-like materials. Mediums and techniques are never limited examples include: 3-dimensional work, thread painting, fabric painting, botanical printing, fabric dyeing using natural and Procion dyes, felting, incorporating organic materials, crocheting, knitting, quilting, weaving, and anything else members wish to explore!
Formed by individuals with like interests in 2019, IFAB is diverse, inclusive, and offers equal opportunities to participate and learn together. As a relatively new group, we attract members from a wide area.
For our October meeting Carolyn Abbott and Kathy Carney will be doing a program on mark making using stamps. We will discuss the many ways of making stamps and how to apply them to fabric or paper.
Contact Teri for more information at [email protected].
Registration required. After registering a list of supplies to purchase will be sent to the email you provide prior to the event. (Register here: https://cityofclive.activityreg.com/selectActivity?nLeaguesId=2739)
