Join us at the Riverside Centre in Newport for this belly dancing demo and take part in the workshop afterwards! It is a chance to unleash your dancing queen and to improve your overall wellbeing and fitness too!
Under expert guidance, taking you step-by-step through the process to learn the basic moves to the ancient art form.
It'll be great fun - just bring your enthuisiasm and creativity!
