The BLO Foundation in partnership with “Thee Beta Lambda Omega” Cleveland Alumni Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. is proud to announce the seven 2023 Ashley Bell 5-Star Award Recipients. Each awardee exemplifies many of the qualities that are closely aligned with the principles of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.The BLO Foundation is proud to announce that Rasheeda S. Liberty, 25th International Grand Basileus of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. will serve as the Keynote Speaker and one of the Community Change Agents that will be honored that evening.
Join us in celebrating each awardee for the work being done to help support, guide, and direct future generations to achieve all their dreams and opportunities presented to them.
All recipients of the Ashley Bell 5-Star Visionary Leadership Award will receive their acknowledgement at the 60th Anniversary Gala.
The three Honorary Chairs are 11th Congressional Congresswoman Shontel Brown, VP of Diversity Equity & Inclusion for Jacks Entertainment Kathryn Hall, and President & CEO of AKA Construction, Ariane Kirkpatrick. The Board of The BLO Foundation and the Brothers of “Thee Beta Lambda Omega” Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. would like to thank the Honorary Chairs for serving in this capacity, and we look forward to our continued collective efforts to have an impact in northeast Ohio.
The Gala will take place on October 7th at the Cleveland Westin Hotel at 6:00 pm. Tickets for this event will go on sale June 1st via the Beta Lambda Omega chapter website at www.blocleveland.org.
