About this Event
Join Cecily and Lydia for a half day retreat to embody the fierce, protective energy of Durga to destroy inner impurities and negative habits that hinder new beginnings and Kali to inspire radical, necessary change, allowing you to start anew! This is a 3-hour guided journey of self-discovery to purify the self and reset your path for a fresh start.
This reset ritual includes:
• Guided Yoga and Meditation: Practices designed to centre the mind and connect with the body's inner strength.
• Mantra and Chanting: Using sacred sounds to focus intention and build energetic momentum.
• Symbolic Fire Ceremony: A powerful cleansing ritual to symbolically burn away old habits and limiting beliefs.
• Guided Reflection: Journaling and discussion to integrate insights and commit to new intentions.
• Morning tea: chai and treats will be provided
