Our sacral chakra connects us to our emotions, creativity, passion, relationships, sexuality and sensuality..
Repressed emotions such as sadness, shame, fear or any sexual trauma that may have been experienced at any stage in our life, can be stored and held in this chakra, creating imbalance and sometimes physical issues such as infertility arise with no real reason why.
Dancing the sacral chakra and going on this journey helps release any blocks in this powerful energy centre. I have witnessed profound and amazing healing during the classes I have held.
In this workshop, we will begin with a tea ceremony, acknowledging and welcoming in our guides, our ancestors, our tribe. I will then guide you on an inner journey into your sacral chakra, The dance of sensuality.
Through this dance, you may feel transformed into a gypsy, a belly dancer, an ancient goddess, as you surrender to the serpentine movements of the feminine.
The music is slow and sensual, and a whole lot of fun!
Dancing knowledge isn't needed. Just close your eyes and let the journey take you wherever you need to go.

What to wear: comfortable clothes and as the colour of the sacral chakra is orange you may want to bring in a splash of orange
