I am inviting people to consider joining Ochre as I convert it to a colaborative.At the invitation and consultation end of this idea please feel encouraged to participate even if you believe there are distance, time, capacity or financial barriers. The right combination of skills and attitude can likely resolve perceived barriers once we get into it.
Ochre has its best opportunity to build creative confidence if a team of people can lead the different aspects;
• Champion for the gallery and openings,
• Data Mega Star to make the ecom hummmmmm,
• Shenanigator of epic energy to book, profile and promote workshops & sessions,
• Nurturer to lead children's sessions,
• Coffee Tech to keep the fix flowing,
• and a few more creative souls to share the day to day.
And of course, the range of people who take up this opportunity will add aspects that I have not thought of yet.

I will share why I am making the offer I am. I'll lay out 2 sample plans for how we could decide to proceed. We can then brainstorm what versions of contribution you could enjoy with ways to add value to your creativity.....and frankly how to get you paid for your efforts.
