Class Description:
Living in such digital and divided times is stressful! What we all have in common is being human and the qualities that we value. Join us for an engaging and inspiring two-hour workshop exploring the foundational human values of Kindness, Curiosity, and Awareness.
This first class in a series will delve into:
Defining each value and understanding its significance in our lives.
Reflecting on how these values manifest in ourselves, our relationships, our community, and the world at large.
Exploring the impact of a lack of these values and the potential consequences.
Discovering practical ways to cultivate and encourage these values within ourselves and in the world around us.
Hands-on Activities:
Kindness: Receive a "Kindness Bingo" card to inspire acts of kindness in your daily life.
Curiosity: Participate in an engaging game that sparks your sense of wonder and exploration.
Awareness: Enjoy a relaxing session of mindful coloring and take home a coloring book to continue your practice.
This workshop is designed to be a thought-provoking and enriching experience. Whether you're seeking personal growth, looking to connect with others, or simply curious about the human condition, this class is for you.
