The San Diego Leather Round Table is a coalition of leather, kink, and fetish clubs committed to fostering collaboration, safeguarding our cultural legacy, and advancing the values of consent, safety, and inclusion. We provide a platform for open dialogue, resource sharing, and collective action that uplifts every facet of our diverse and intersectional community.Rooted in mutual respect and shared stewardship, the Round Table exists to strengthen our bonds, amplify marginalized voices, and guide the San Diego Leather community forward with purpose and integrity.

Participation:
-Open to all club/organization representatives (at least 1 rep per group encouraged, more welcome).
-Priority is given to 2SLGBTQ+ community members and allies active in leather, kink, and fetish spaces.
-Commitment: Center marginalized voices in all discussions.
Main Focus for This Session:
-Collect community information toward the creation of a resource pamphlet.
-Share purpose, history, and revival of the Round Table.
-Introductions across participating organizations.
-Begin building collective ground rules for how we will work together.
-Start drafting a San Diego Leather Accord, including suggested topics and shared resources.
Possible Ground Rules
-It’s okay to not always have closure.
-Permission and openness for constructive feedback.
-Follow the Golden Rule, treat others with the respect you expect in return.
