Gymnastics doesn't need to be complicated. By understanding how to apply basic physics with a step-by-step training method for each skill, you can walk away from this weekend seminar knowing exactly where you are with your current gymnastics skill level, what you already do that you can improve upon, and what to work on next to be a better athlete, every single day.
