Determining the realistic price a rehabbed property will sell for is the intersection of art and science. Students will learn the difference between determining After Repair Value( ARV) and pulling traditional homeowner comps. These nuances can make or break a profitable project as well as help determine unnecessary aspects of the rehab budget so clients don’t over improve a project for certain price points. This class is a great compliment to all of the other courses or taken separately.
