Session 2: New Regulatory Exemptions for Early-Stage Investors
Speaker: Ontario Securities Commission
This session will highlight new regulatory exemptions that allow for "self-accredited" investors to participate in early-stage investment rounds and will target both founders, and existing and potential investors in our community.
Session 3: How to Structure a Seed Round Investment Deal
Speaker: Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP
This session will focus on how to structure a seed round investment deal, as well as an overview of investment vehicles like SAFE/Convertible Notes.
