✨ We ditched the pitch. Instead of presentations, founders are interviewed Oprah-style by senior executives and seasoned entrepreneurs who amplify their stories and champion them before, during, and after the event.

✨ It works. Women received just 2% of the $209B invested in U.S. startups last year, yet the #InvestInWomenFounders Summit presents the untapped potential and profit in funding women founders. To date, our investor network has invested over $1M into Startup Ladies founders.

Each year, our Selection Committee (composed of Startup Ladies Board members) carefully evaluates applications and identifies the Top 9 women founders from across the U.S. These founders are then run through The Startup Ladies Accelerator, where they receive training, mentorship, and guidance to become fully investor-ready.

At the Summit, every founder is matched with an exited founder or senior executive who conducts a very personal, Oprah-style interview. These conversations cover the core elements of a traditional pitch but in a way that’s far more engaging and interactive for the audience.

For investors and executives, this means you gain access to vetted, trained, and investment-ready women founders—entrepreneurs who are ready to do business, grow, and drive economic impact.
