Janet will share how the newly enacted legislation, the Trusts Act 2019, affects Settlors, Trustees and Beneficiaries; what the mandatory and default Trustee duties are under the Act; and matters Trustees must now complete to ensure they satisfy their legal duties and their Trust doesn’t fall into sham Trust territory.
