About the Presenter - Blair Scotland

Blair has over 20 years' experience advising both public and private sector clients on employment matters. About Dundas Street

Dundas Street has a team of 8 specialist employment lawyers, providing the full range of advice from performance management and disciplinary matters to complex contract and industrial disputes. Their point of difference is that they have worked at the coal face and understand the practical issues facing employers and apply that to provide solution focused advice.
