Join Sonja and Gabbi to learn poses that will help take your yoga practice to the next level! We explore many different inversions and balancing postures including flying chatarunga, crow, different variations of headstands, forearm stand, firefly and more. We cover proper anatomical alignment as well as how to keep yourself safe while learning. You will learn prep poses to build the strength and muscle memory required, and how to incorporate these into your personal practice. Some yoga experience is required for this workshop.
