This is a 2-hour workshop focusing on handstands, and other arm balance and inversion techniques. The goal of the class is to help students gain a deeper understanding of the skill, how to develop it, and what to take back to their own practice in order to make progress.This class is open to students of any background, age, or level of ability.

About the Instructor:
Yuri originally comes from a self-taught background, and eventually worked his way up to performing as a professional acrobat on the Las Vegas Strip and Broadway. His diverse background allows him to have a unique perspective on developing body awareness and acrobatic skills, especially when it comes to teaching adults.
Yuri has traveled all over the world teaching workshops, and is the author of "Balancing the Equation", one of the foremost instructional books on handstands.
Using his skills and perspective, Yuri is uniquely suited to help anyone get upside down.
