Volunteers are needed for a W**d pull in Lac du Bois Grasslands Protected Area!When: Sunday, July 14th from 9 am - 12 pm
Where: 9.5 km mark along Lac du Bois Road. There is a small parking lot on the right hand side. Please carpool, if possible!
What: Your help is needed to remove invasive weeds from a nature trail in Lac du Bois and protect the park. Please dress for the weather, bring water, a snack, and work/ garden gloves.

This event is hosted by the Friends of Lac du Bois which is a collaboration of many organizations including Kamloops Naturalist Club, Grasslands Conservation Council of BC, BC Parks, Thompson Nicola Invasive Plant Management Committee, Kamloops Bike Riders Association, Tk’emlúps te Secwepemc, the City of Kamloops, Big Little Science Center, Kamloops 4x4 Club, and the Kamloops Fish and Game Club.
