Join us for our 2nd annual Speaker Series Presentation with Columbus Metro Parks! Last year's lecture focused on winter paddling essentials and gear, whereas this year's presentation will be more of a history lesson on the ancient Inuit culture and how they were able to adapt to hunting and fishing with kayaks during the harsh arctic winters. The tools and strategies used during this time helped cultivate and set the foundation for the modern paddling era we live in today.
There will be plenty to learn, and we will have snacks for all attendees! Any type of kayak enthusiast will enjoy this fun history lesson on the oldest tradition of kayaking. We hope to see you there!
