This event will be a 108 minute Guided Meditation with intuitive musical accompaniment on Tibetan singing bowls, flutes, chimes, gong, drum, etc. Pre-registration with the fee of $30 will be required ahead of time as limited space will be available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or blanket to lay on for the duration of the event. There will be several reclining chairs available for participants that require chairs and unable to relax on the floor. Tea and light refreshments will be available. Please arrive no later than 2:45pm.
