Intuitive Painting is a tool that artists use to explore and uncover parts of themselves that havent been realized yet. The goal is not to master a specific technique, but rather practice a meditative style of painting that is unplanned and abstract. We play, improvise, and lose ourselves. Intuitive painting is also used in art therapy for children and adults. Come, see what you can discover for yourself. Materials and music will be provided.
