Penzance Food Festival is 2 weeks away! 19th- 21st September in Penlee Park.I will be bringing plant medicine over the whole weekend - through two (& a half) beautiful offerings on Saturday and Sunday (both 10 am)
On saturday, I am holding a tea circle / plant study in the wellness area. Come and learn about all the wonders of medicinal plants through a guided tasting, where we will get to experience the sensory, energetic, and intuitive understanding of a native herb/ fungi!
Saturday's tea circle has an optional add on- herbal sauna in the sauna tent with @morholansauna_wildspa where we will deepen the plant connection in a herbal infused sauna - tasting many more beautiful plant extracts and potions synergising with sauna therapy with a ceremonial sparkle (sauna tent + ice bath).
Finally, on Sunday morning, I'll be guiding you through the gardens offering a foraging/ herb walk - come and learn about the edible and medicinal plants of Penzances' most leafy gardens
I am offering these events at a lower rate than my usual foraging walks/ herbal saunas or tea circles as part of this beautiful event in the heart of my hometown!
