About this Event
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through yoga and meditation practices designed to deepen your connection to your throat centre, exploring how emotions and self-expression influence your relationship with food.
We don’t just eat to nourish the body, but also to support emotional wellbeing and honour cultural traditions. Food is woven into the fabric of celebration and comfort. Yet, most diets overlook this connection, becoming restrictive and rigid, which can lead to cravings, emotional eating, and feelings of isolation, often followed by shame and guilt when the ‘rules’ are broken.
This workshop is an opportunity to clear away shame and guilt around food and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. You’ll learn how to attune to your emotions and expression, helping you nourish yourself with greater confidence. This workshop is for you if:
- You’re curious about the connection between your throat and gut
- You’re ready to explore relaxation practices to reduce stress-eating
- You feel called to express yourself more authentically in all areas of life.
