The theme of this third session in a four-session series is self-compassion and self-love. Are you holding onto something that wants to let go? What about your past or your future could you explore? Enjoy a “journey” of creativity. You will take a simple, guided walk through your imagination and then make a design using watercolors, your handprints, and your signature. The Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh says, “Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature.” Come, seek to discover a nugget of wisdom hidden within. You will leave with more than a lovely painting!
