Join Sally and Bec for a spacious afternoon of embodied presence, playful creative exploration and deep connection with yourself and others.Through the portals of art, shamanic sound, drum journeying, creativity and energy exploration, you’ll be guided to connect more deeply with your body, emotions and intuition, to access the truth of who you are and what wants to come through you in the moment.
In this safely held space, you’ll be invited to experience a shamanic soundscape, drum journey to your soul symbol, movement, creative-artistic self-expression, chakra voice work, opportunities for self reflection and group reflection.
Come and draw, paint, freely express and explore your intuitive nature!
No previous art experience needed.

Sally is a Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker, Medicine Musician & Facilitator. Her work is deeply rooted in the medicine of the land, inspired by the ancient ways and finding balance through connection to the natural world.
