About this Event
Friday, October 4, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Join us for an immersive sound bath designed to prompt inner reflection and support personal transformation as we enter the introspective segment of autumn. Let the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, flutes, drum, voice, and other harmonic tones guide you on an inner journey to assess and elevate your present state of being. As you immerse yourself in ethereal sounds, let go of the old and open yourself to inspiration. Creatively envision a bright, fruitful, and positive time to come in this latter part of the year.
Gabriela and Marian Kraus provide masterfully crafted, multi-dimensional meditative sonic journeys to induce deep relaxation and simultaneous invigoration. Participants are enveloped in vibrational frequencies so they may elevate their awareness and positively transform limiting beliefs. Drawing from extensive studies under esteemed master teachers in gongs and sound therapy, rooted in Latin American and European heritage, both bring a vibrant life history to their practice.
