This introduction transformational breathwork workshop is a 60-minute journey to break free from confines of the mind through the rhythmic flow and guided meditation.

This session includes:• light refreshments• short + gentle yoga practice for calm relaxation• deep breath work to disconnect from the thinking mind and release subconscious limitations.

Prepping for this session:

• No prior experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

• The session will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

• Please dress comfortably and be prepared to relax

• Please bring a yoga mat

• You may also like to bring water, eye/sleep masks, blanket and/or a pillow (none of these props are required; they're optional and recommended tools for your for you to find support)
