Blending the mindful, grounding movements of Hatha yoga with the fluid flow of Vinyasa, this gentle yet energising session is designed to stretch, strengthen and relax the body, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed. The evening concludes with a warming herbal tea and relaxed conversation with your host.
Surrounded by the beauty of the estate, the Fig House provides a peaceful setting for switching off and reconnecting with yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or more experienced, this class offers a welcoming space for all. Embrace the tranquillity of a winter evening practice and take time to reset both body and mind.
