Now is your chance. Attend weekly, hour-long classes at our warm, inviting studio in the Adelaide Hills and familiarise yourself with the transformative practice of yoga.
This course is ideal for people completely new to yoga or returning after a break. Also useful if coming from another yoga style to become familiar with the approach of Iyengar yoga, which has an emphasis on dynamic action and precision of alignment.
The classes will introduce you to the basics of Iyengar yoga so you will feel confident in attending the Level l & 2 classes. This 8-week course is also highly recommended for those who wish to go back and re-learn basics, enjoying a refresher to yoga essentials.
