Then this 4 week Introduction to Yoga is for you!
Dru Yoga and Meditation is suitable for most people and there is no need to be flexible! Come and learn practices to bring you to a place of stillness, silence and equanimity.
Tuesdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Commencing 7 January for 4 weeks.
If there is enough interest this class will continue as a regular week yoga class for the rest of 2025.
Learn about and practice:
Asana (postures)
Pranayama (breathing practices)
Pratyahara (withdrawing the senses)
Dharana (concentration practices)
Dhyana (meditation practices)
Samadhi (bliss or enlightenment)
Each class also includes a 15 minute guided deep relaxation.
Registration (one-off) and bookings via the website.
If you are returning to my classes you are welcome to use your class pass.
Casual attendance each week $20 per class.
