This morning will serve as an introduction to foraging, as we explore ancient woodlands and uncover the wealth of nutritious and delicious foods that can be sustainably sourced from the woodlands around Horsham.
Guided by expert forager Sylvia, you'll learn crucial safety tips, sustainable foraging practices, and delve into the ancient folklore integral to foraging traditions.
Additionally, you'll discover how various herbs and edibles can be used, and how to incorporate them into your daily life. The walk concludes with a selection of tasty snacks!
