Doug and Renee Toon have been investing in real estate since 2006 and have experience in multiple styles of investing including tax sales, vacant properties, foreclosures, REO’s and more. Doug’s first deal was done as a handyman while working for real estate investors in the Fort Worth area. Doug has done hundreds of rehabs for himself and others.
As far as Tax Sales go they have successfully bought and sold or owner financed their own properties as well as bought a good number for other investors.
The Toon’s became IMT’s (IMPACT Master Trainers) with Real IMPACT in 2019 and host a monthly Real Estate Investor’s meeting in the Longview, TX area.
Doug and Renee have been married for 39 years and have 3 adult children and 5 amazing grandchildren.
The Toon’s have over 35 years’ experience as business owners in the Dallas/Fort Worth and East Texas area.
They enjoy music, mission projects and traveling.
