About this Event
Join WHF Farm Manger, Mallory Schott, for an introduction to vegetable fermentation. Mallory has been making fermented foods since 2012 and is excited to share her knowledge with you all! The class will be about 2 hours. Mallory will go over the basics of vegetable fermentation and then the class will work together to make a large batch of sauerkraut. Each participant will take home a jar of sauerkraut.
This event is indoors so we ask that you wear a mask.
Ticket prices are sliding scale according to what you can afford. Tier one being the lowest price we can offer and tier three helping to cover additional expenses for those who can only afford tier one.
