About this Event
Learn how to design and deliver therapeutic horticultural activities to improve wellbeing, mental health, cognitive decline, social isolation, physical health, community building and to tackle food poverty. This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in supporting groups or individuals to use gardening for therapeutic benefit.
This course would suit those interested in horticulture who would like to gain skills and knowledge to branch out into the care sector. It would also suit those who are established in the care sector and would like to add a horticultural string to their bow. No prior knowledge of therapeutic horticulture is required.
