This experiential workshop offers a simple yet profound framework to help you create more authentic, embodied relationships — with yourself and others.

• Therapists, coaches, and space-holders who want to strengthen presence, boundaries, and consent in professional and personal interactions.
• Singles ready to connect with honesty and ease — learning how to ask for what they want and stay true to themselves.
• Couples longing for a deeper sense of connection, safety, and pleasure in everyday touch and communication.

You may come alone or with a partner. No prior experience is needed.

This is a trauma-informed, fully clothed, and consent-based space.

The Wheel of Consent®, a transformative framework developed by Dr. Betty Martin, offers a simple yet profound map for understanding touch, choice, and interpersonal dynamics.

Through guided practices, reflection, and playful exercises, you’ll learn how to:

• Say “yes,” “no,” and “not yet” with clarity and kindness
• Feel the difference between doing and being done to
• Stay grounded when things get emotional or intense
• Bring more freedom and authenticity into every connection

When you learn to listen to your body and speak your truth, relationships — romantic, professional, or otherwise — begin to flow with ease.
