The Introduction to the Mind & Body Programme is a weekly two hour programme that provides a space to talk and let you express your feelings in a safe and supported environment. We will help you develop your own plan and coping strategies by going on a step by step journey to find out what you need to help yourself.We will work through a workbook so you can make notes and put down ideas about the session. The programme is to help you find your purpose and make good choices putting you back in control.
