This workshop will explain the primary concepts of the cutting-edge Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model, which covers: our core "Self" and how to lead from this place, as well as how our personality can broken down into different "parts." Many have reported that just having this model explained to them has brought them much personal insight and self compassion.
This will be taught by Brandy Peters, MA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Brandy has been utilizing this model both in her private practice (and in her personal journey with her own IFS therapist) since 2012.
