About this Event
Beloved sister, enter into a space where your body, blood and cyclical nature are all considered sacred. We live in a masculine centered world whether we realize it or not, but as women and people who menstruate, we are not meant to be this active all the time.
We are cyclical beings living in a non-cyclical world.
In this workshop, you will learn about the Inner Seasons framework. Created by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer and explained deeply in their amazing book , the inner seasons likens the four phases of our menstrual cycle to the four seasons of the natural world. Begin to learn how to live in tune with your cycle rather than working against it.

- Closed container with water or other beverage
- Optional: Small item for community alter
- Optional: Bathing suit for hot tub before or after (it is clothing optional)

This workshop will take place at Wildfern Grove, an intentional community nestled in the forest of Buckley, WA. Participants are welcome to enjoy the land’s natural beauty—walking trails, pool, and cedar hot tub (clothing optional) before or after the event.
🌹 Meet Your Facilitator
Brittney Taylor (she/her) is a seeker, teacher, and guide on a journey of self-discovery and healing. A sister on the path, Brittney began her journey with Cyclical Living five years ago while living in Koh Phangan, Thailand. At that time she had been on hormonal birth control for about seven years when she experienced an intuitive whisper that she needed to get her IUD removed. This is when she met her teacher Jaime Lauren @cyclical.living.for.women who advised her on the process.
Since then Brittney has come home to her body, her blood, and her cyclical nature. Brittney dreams of a world where young girls are taught this embodied wisdom from a young age, where we grow up knowing our bodies and our blood are sacred. Having completed the Embodied Menstrual Cycle Educator Training, Brittney is excited to be part of the menstruality movement which will make this dream a reality.
