Join us for a soul nourishing day retreat. A space for deep restoration, remembrance, and returning to your deepest truths. 🪐You will be guided through potent journeys where you will meet your Guide/s, and your unique way of healing. There will be use of crystal singing bowls, medicine drums, a Himalayan gong, and light language. Our intent is to invite your inner healer back into your life. To Re-Member your power, that the healer is YOU. 🧬
We have a profound guest speaker attending, Cristalle Anne from Cristalle Anne Healing Arts. Cristalle Anne has mentored both Paula and Summer, allowing them to take their healing practice to the next level. She will speaking into how to release shock and trauma from the body. It will be such a potent layer to this retreat, allowing you to deeply understand the Healing Arts. 🪶
What to expect:
- A nourishing Cacao ceremony to ground us all into this space
- A self-lead card reading
- A safe space to share how our heart is feeling, and our experiences throughout the day
- A guided sound journey to meet your Guide/s
- Moments of silence to integrate and reflect
- A sacred picnic under one of our sacred trees
- Learn how to Self-Heal, and how you can do this in your day-to-day life.
- Practicing self-healing, guided by a sound journey.
- Gentle movement to integrate it all in.
- A talk by Cristalle-Anne, a shamanic healer. Learning how to release shock and trauma in the body.
When: Saturday the 28th of February, 9:00am - 5:00pm

What to bring:
- An open heart and mind
- Water bottle
- Walking shoes, for a short walk
- A journal and pen
- Your own lunch
- Any sacred objects you may feel called to bring (e.g., crystal, talisman, photo, essential oil)
- A blanket, yoga mat, and pillow
On the following day (March 1st), Cristalle Anne, Paula, and Summer will be facilitating healings for whoever feels the call. These healings will be a space for bone deep release and transformation. To book in your session, message Cristalle Anne 💛

Paula Vaughan - a Sacred Sound Ceremonialist, Wombyn’s Circle Facilitator, and Intuitive Healer. The medicine she weaves through her sound journeys and healings is like no other. Being intuitively self-taught with her Guides into the Healing Arts, her practice is unique and sacred. Allowing you to make the profound shifts and changes on an energetic, mental, and physical level. ✨
Summer Vaughan - a Medicine Healer. She facilitates Wombyn Circle’s, Reiki Healings, and Drum Journeys. Her intent with this work is to guide you into re-memberance, self-trust, and alignment to your own unique frequency. In Summers presence, you will be invited back into own your truth, have unconditional compassion for your shadows, and feel a sense of ancient remembrance deep within you. 🌀
