A simple beginner protocol for using metal and crystal singing bowls for healing and relaxation for self and others. Student Manual, certficate and use of all instruments is provided during class.
Most of this class is lecture format but there is a Practicum introducing students to using the metal and crystal singing bowls. There are several videos to be watched before class, and a reading assignment which will be sent to you about two weeks before class

-Sound Healer Code of Ethics
-What is Sound?
-What are the benefits of sound healing?
-What do you need to know before giving an individual or group -sound healing session.
-What are the precautions? Are you trauma-informed?
-Introduction to Fundamental Terms
-Brain wave states and psychoacoustics
-Myths and misinformation
-A short sound immersion attunement
Note: There are several videos to be watched before class, and a reading assignment which will be sent to you about two weeks before class.

About the Instructor
Lana has learned from some of the most respected global sound healing teachers over the past twenty-four years, and has been sharing the healing power of sound, voice and music for nearly fifty years in one form or another. Her sound education is ongoing and she brings the latest findings in research in the sound healing field.
