Curious about what yoga offers beyond the postures? This beginner-friendly module is your gateway into the rich, transformative world of Classical Tantra—a path that sees your body, breath, and daily life as sacred tools for awakening.
Together, we’ll explore the heart of Tantric philosophy, learn powerful practices like mantra, meditation, and breathwork, and discover how ancient teachings can help us feel more alive, grounded, and free in the modern world.
Rooted in the non-dual Shaiva and Shakta traditions, this module is about more than information—it’s about direct experience. You’ll leave with practical tools to deepen your practice, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and embody yoga as a living path of liberation.
No prior experience with Tantra is needed—just a willingness to explore and a desire to go deeper.

14 Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance. Cost can be applied to any 200 or 300 Hour Teacher Training program at True North Yoga.
