Discover the calming and revitalizing practice of Tai Chi in this special workshop designed for all levels. Through gentle, flowing movements, you’ll learn how to synchronize breath with motion, cultivate mindful awareness, and restore harmony between body and mind.
Our focus will be on:
• Gentle Movement:
Slow, accessible forms
that encourage ease and fluidity in the body.
• Breath:
Connecting each movement
with mindful breathing to release stress and restore energy.
• Posture & Balance:
Developing stability, strength, and graceful alignment through simple stances
and transitions.
• Mindfulness:
Finding calm presence in
each gesture, letting go of distractions, and centering yourself.
• Stress Release:
Using movement as meditation to bring peace, clarity, and relaxation.
