* A 2 hour bespoke Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) introductory session for adults and youth 8+ hosted from Barry Community Water Activity Centre. * Small intimate groups for an enriched experience 1:6.
* All equipment is provided: SUP board, leash, paddle, wetsuit (boots if required) and PFD.
* SUP is a highly accessible, fun and social way to enjoy the sea or inland waters. Almost anyone can do it, whatever your age, skill or fitness level. Within just a couple of hours, you will have mastered the basics.
